BETTERME WALL PILATES-A BITTER PILL TO TAKE
I signed up for the Wall Pilates App for 28 days in January, every time you sign in to the App it starts by asking you to select a further package; if that wasn't enough at the end of the 28 days I find a further debit taken off my bank account...???-I never signed up for that. Then in March AGAIN they take another debit-I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A FOR EVER CONTRACT and at 2+-R282 a month it was expensive. I did like the program but after what happened it has left a very bad taste and on principle I will not sign up for it. I had to declare a ***** case with Standard Bank and have to go through the inconvenience of being without a debit card until I get issued a new one. I sent them an email requesting explanation but have to get an answer yet. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE WALL PILATES APP because its a FOREVER sign up.
The information about automatic renewal is available on the buy-now page and in the confirmation email sent to you after the purchase with the "Your purchase confirmation inside" header. All the details, including information regarding the automatic subscription, are placed there. Each plan is followed by a fully active subscription with a standard price unless manually canceled; since it had not been canceled, you were charged full price as initially promised.
