BetterMe subscription policy is unfair, to close an accounts is non-existent

I need to unsubscribe from this group and find it to impossible to unsubscribe. Every link that they provide ONLY leads me to use a different method of payment or some other ploy to prevent me from closing my account. I am greatly dissatisfied and challenge BetterMe to refute their methodology by contacting me THEY HAVE MY CONTACT DETAILS or by explaining to yourself on correcting their system.
