BetterMe offers an array of exercise options depending on your specific goal(s). I appreciated the ability to tailor, in part, the exercises and time commitment per day to achieve your individual goal(s). Unfortunately, I sprained both of my wrists doing one of the pushup exercises (though not the fault of BetterMe) which prevented my ability to continue on with the program. I thought I cancelled my subscription on the last day, but a new month was charged. After some email exchanges, BetterMe was kind enough to refund my monthly subscription. I sincerely appreciated their consideration and customer service.
