Betterme def not better

Cancelation that just never gets cancelled. I have sent a few emails to cancel my subscription everytime they send me to the app and a do exactly as instructed but to no prevale. I have struggled now for 3 months to cancel and still money get deducted every month. I think for this company that rave on helping people this is extreamely bad. This month there will be know food on the table for this single mom and it will be n miricale if i get any of my money back.
