Better Me workout plan

I bought the plan a couple days ago for R 418.32. A few minutes later I noticed an extra amount of R749 + the R 439.32 being deducted from my account. I Immediately cancelled the order on the app. I contacted support at Better me and they refuse to refund my money. I never opened the program and yet they refuse to refund me. To be honest on the app I never saw an amount of R749. If i did, I wouldn't of purchased it. I went onto the Better Me website under Refund policy and it clearly says that there is a money back gaurentee providing you didn't view, or use the app. They also mention a 30 day refund.. I cancelled within minutes after noticing the extra money been taken of my account. They sent me a mail claiming that the plan I purchased is not eligible under the refund policy. For anyone out there be careful of this company. They are desperate so they will catch you out. Better Me enjoy every cent you stole from me and I hope millions of people will read this. Be warned people!!!!!!! Please share this comment far and wide. These ****mers should be stopped before more people get caught.
