Better Me - *****ulent and Misleading
This company is *****ulent and the add is misleading.
You sign up for the exercise plan and you can choose for a mont or two or three. When you go to your bankstatement this is a recurring payment and not a once off as advertised. Then BetterMe automatically without you knowing or consent, charge you an additional R539 for coaching and assistance.
They are terrible to work with and even though they just take your money ... apparently it is not refundable ang goes angainst their refund policy.... How can you pay for something if you did not choose to buy it. I only saw this additional R549 on my bankstatement a day after purchasing the exercise plan.
Please beware of their online transactions. The website also asked me if they can save my CVV number. Please do not agree to this as I pressume that is how they take further fees out of your account.
All the billing details are available to users upfront. Generally, a paid plan already includes all the features; still much depends on the subscription type itself. But, Coaches and Challenges require additional fees and remain optional.
We have nothing to do with any ******** or ********** tactics. While placing an order, no steps can be done without user's direct approval. Our terms are displayed for reference.
