Bad customer service

This is the absolute worst app I ever came across, I joined on the internet though I will pay the R199.00 for the diet plan but as you register every come add this and add this if you press proceed they just take your money I paid R195.99 for a work out plan I didn't even wanted then it was the betterme band I didn't want it but they deducted R549.00 from my account I emailed them I gave them a review on playstore even left a comment on tiktok nobody is returning any response what soever! They have the work client service imaginable. I want a refund but as I read all the bad reviews I don't think I will have any good luck with this company a real ****.
