Withdrawal request

I've made a withdrawal request on Saturday 7 September 2024 via ozow then the withdrawal request got declined without and explanation.

Then on Sunday the 8th of September I requested a withdrawal again but I did not get any payout the status just changed to verified until the 9th of September 2024.

I then spoke to the first consultant and asked why the she said ozow is down then I tried depositing using ozow then it went through to my account with no hesitation but I declined that transaction be cause I wanted to check if it's true or not.

Then the consultant advised me to change withdrawal method from ozow to EFT or OTT then I chose OTT because it is stated that it is an instant payout.

But I waited for 4 hours while the status is still on waiting for approval, then I contacted them again via chats the send consultant said that the OTT withdrawal method is currently down since on weekend.

Then I asked her why did the first consultant adviced me to request via that method if it has been down from weekend then she advised me to change it again to EFT.

I then went to cashier to cancel that request so that I can make a new and different withdrawal request that is EFT, But to my surprise the status has changed.

I then contacted them again the third consultant told me that the finance department has a long queue and it will take some time for them to approve the withdrawal. I asked if the OTT is now functioning then the consultant fled without answering.

I waited on the chat alone kept on asking if he is still there , talking to my self without him answering. For more than 20 minutes then I left that chat.

I even asked the second that why do I get to know now that the ozow and ott are not functioning I should request via EFT iter waiting from Saturday until Monday and I was the one kept on asking but they did not even warn us as their customers to not use those options. Now they want us to use an option that clearly states that the withdrawal may take 12 to 36 hour after 3 day of waiting.

They want us to wait again 36 hour. But now on my side I won't be able to change the withdrawal request because they made sure to change the status and it is no longer on waiting for approval status I won't be able to change the withdrawal request.

According to me I think they are unable to pay us then they come up with stories after stories.
