Transaction abandoned and yet funds received by bettabets

Just had a terrible experience with bettabets. I deposited money into my bettabets wallet using OZOW. Money went off my bank account but not my bettabets wallet. I enquired with both OZOW and the merchant and was told by OZOW that bettabets has to credit me as finds were sent. Now I am not getting any reply from bettabets and I even sent them proof of payment. My money just went down the drain, it's so frustrating. The Mpumalanga gambling board doesn't even bother to intervene. No reply of emails whatsoever!
