this employee is very rude and unprofessional

I went to Betta Bets at mamelodi on Sunday to play lunch time,i arrived there at 12:50 and as lunch time closes at 13:25 I stand on the queue which was not long,but to it was not moving at all, and we noticed that a lady called Velly was taking people who were last on the queue,one man conforyted her and she said its because lunchtime was about to close and the man said but we all there to play lunch time,and the lady said we must come form a queue at her teller which we did,but she kept assisting people she knew who allegedly gives her bribes,a man cam with so many papers which I belive he was given by people who could not make it there due to time,the man didn't stand on the queue and he took almost everyone's time until I confronted Velly,who was rude and told me that she wont assist me,i can report her to the manager and the manager wont do anything about it,which made me realize that she knows that when people complain the manager does not take a step,this lady is very rude and very unprofessional,she does not deserve to work with people.she should be disciplined accordingly.
