I was very sceptical and nervous about going ahead with booking an appointment with someone I had only talked to over the phone about my "yellow" old looking teeth. She sounded professional and knowledgable and this was every bit the same when I actually met her for my first appointment. </p> <p>Colleen made me feel at ease and was very caring and explained every step of the procedure. This basically involves lying down on a couch with mouth gaurd and gel in mouth while watching a movie. It was a very relaxing experience. Most importantly I was thrilled with the results. Even though I had paid in full upfront, Colleen recommended I come back for a second treatment at no extra cost to ensure the best possible results. She is extemly passionate about getting the teeth as white as possible. Having white teeth again is a big confidence booster.
