Horrible Behaviour towards customers

You’d think she’s sweet at first but she’s very and very unprofessional, she blocked me on WhatsApp when i tried to tell her that I need a refund because the procedure that twice didn’t work for me. I tried to contact her with a different number she started yelling at me telling me I’m annoying her with my messages and called me “disgusting” and this is the person I trust with my money. If you were planning on visiting this place please do yourself a favour DONT, she’s very unprofessional, rude and some conditions are beyond her but she won’t admit it.
