Betjets ****mers

I made an OZOW deposit to my betjet account on 04/04/2026 but the money is not available there. I've sent more than 5 emails since then regarding this matter, but no response from them. The deposit promised bonus spins. I sent all the required supporting documents, still no help. This company is very unprofessional, it seems like i am being ignored. And why can't they be reached via phone call, since they don't respond to emails?
