Withdrawal without a voucher and pin

I'm so disappointed with Betfred. I tried to withdraw using the Shoprite money market. Only to be sent smses with no numbers and pin to withdraw the money or voucher. All I received was to download shoprite app or WhatsApp or dial *** which all the options required me to register and even upon registering there was no money or voucher I withdrew in the app . The people I spoke to using shoprite WhatsApp and App didn't assist me at all. They told me to visit Shoprite . How will I be assisted with the useless smses I got. I though shoprite money market vouchers meant me getting a voucher with a pin to go withdraw the money. What a disappointing experience from betfred.
