Very Bad - **** Alert !!!!!!!!!!!

I have deposited money on my betfred account I by accident bought a R1000 voucher instead of a R100 voucher i then inserted the R1000 viuch thinking I cam deposit the R900 again in my account then it didn’t allow me to do so I emailed them and they stated I cannot withdraw my deposit how can i not withdraw my own money there are already people struggling out here big time then I played i won a R171 i tried to withdraw my R171 and it didn’t allow me too which i feel is unfair as i cannot withdraw my own money so i cannot even withdraw my winnings, i have emailed again thrice no response I have called no answer so now I must be a loser of a R1000 never mind the R1000 but a loser of my winnings as well at this point I just feel betfred is a **** because betway would never do anything like this !!!!!!!
