Unhappy client

They have good odds but do not know how to use them .Very very poor customer service like they don't take their customers concerns seriously. I asked for banking details update and it took them forever to assist me asked again for a cellphone number till now never been assisted .You win and go in branch to collect they will tell you that they need permit but when you register on their website successfully they don't ask for that particular permit .I won last time and was unable to withdraw as it took days on pending untill l ended up using it In Short Betfred does not want pay its customers and they don't take seriously their clients
