Rude and abrupt consultant/cashier 896932

Rude consultant and very unapologetic and unprofessional. I visited Betfred at Bree street and felt like dying, I was assisted by Cashier 896932-Emma Jeremani and I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me,she shouted me in front of her manager,customers who also came to bet and made me feel so illiterate and I was so confused at the way she spoke to me I have been in so many Betfreds and have never ever received that kind of service and would like this to be dealt with date was on 2025-10-21. I spoke to Justice whom was the manager on duty that day and informed him of the situation and asked him to deal with the matter and that I be should informed of the outcome I again had to go to the shop to enquire as to how far is this situation and has it been handled,he gave me feedback the first time and when I now go to the shop to enquire his unavailable and I need my feedback as this lady was so rude that she forgot she was at work and not speaking to her friend really unprofessional and I would like to be updated on this matter on the following number ***.
