No deposit bonus received and unable to withdraw funds
Betfred was running a running a 20% dep bonus on the the 5th of June. I made my deposit on the 5th but no deposit bonus was allocated. Ive queried the matter and was told by the customer care agent (on 3 occasions) that they will escalate the matter. I queried the matter again this morning am told that the Promotion is not running anymore. I then tried to withdraw the fund that I deposited and was told that I first need to meet certain Turnover requirements before I can withdraw my money...... The service I received from Mpomolelo was absolutely SHOCKING...... Even after 4 attempts to rectify this matter!
