Manager omitted to play winning numbers
Good day, I played a betting ticket and the operator (Manager of the establishment actually) omitted to play some of the combinations. As fate may have it, the omitted numbers were the winning numbers for that session. When I brought the complaint to them, all they showed me was attitude. No apology, instead they dared me to do whatever I wanted to do. I need recourse please, kindly assist.
