Bad customer service.
I have a problem with my withdrawal transaction which takes longer than usual.
Went to the app chap and spoke to Mpumelelo who was not really helpful to me and she gave customer care team contact number.
I call the call center and spoke to the most unprofessional lady (Lebohang) who as no customer service etiquette and she spoke over me without listening to my query.
Service from this company is bad and they need to improve.
