A Frustrating Experience with Customer Support

I have been a loyal customer of Betfred, but recent experiences with their customer service have been extremely frustrating. Despite encountering a technical issue on their platform and immediately contacting support, I was unfairly blamed for the problem.

Their representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, and it took only one email to the game software partner to resolve the issue—something Betfred failed to do. I even sent them screenshots to demonstrate the problem, but they continued to disregard my concerns.

Betfred needs to take responsibility for technical issues and improve their support. Their current approach lacks understanding and empathy, and they need to do better for their customers.
