Persons with Disabilities undermined at Beta Bets at Northam in Thabazimbi, Limpopo

My name is Mr Boikanyo Mputla, a person with disability and a total blind person residing in Thabazimbi would like to lodge a complaint against the above mentioned at Northam on the 03rd September 2022 in the afternoon

I was at the Beta Bets and look for a toilet to release myself and asked the for key for three times but unfortunately was denied access to make use of the facility until I couldn't able to hold myself till review myself infront of other customers something that I think my dignity was violated as a person with disability- I feel being undermined and the person who I was with guiding me with my mobility was then asked to clean up the floor as he was with me helping me as I am a total blind person and wasn't aware even now as why I was denied access to the gents room

The Manager only arrived and also asked me on what happened and the I explained what happened and she helped in cleaning up by herself

The male Assistant manager was the one who refused to give me access and the security guy was also root and so violent

I feel as person with disability feel that my rights has been violated and my dignity has been undermined and I would like to humbly request Hellopeter.com to assist in resolving this matter so that Beta Bets staff to start treating people with disabilities as human beings as well - we need to be feel belonging and be treated equally within the communities I need my dignity to be restored

Once more I would like to appreciate for a Female Manager who came and assist me
