Unhappy customer
Customer ID 184124 they refused to pay my winnings after I reached VIP1 making excuses that I used the 187 only to find out that they put the 187 on my account at 13:02 while I was playing with money I won without using their 187 and I made a withdrawal at 12:54 they refused to pay my winnings. Telling to upgrade to other levels the more you upgrade the more money you recharge with, on the other side you can't continue play because the account has a lot of money, you need to upgrade to VIP levels

Worst site ever. Ibsigned up and played with their R187 free bonus play. I won R6300, to withdraw they told me to deposit R350 which I did. After depositting R350 they told me I needed to deposit another R550 to bring it up to R900 (VIP2). I have all the screenshots where I confirmed that after the R350 i would be able to withdraw my winnings. These ppl are a bunch of ****mers!!

Suspicious betting site
I joined betta bets, they gave R187 bonus and I played and won about 9000 now they want me to deposit R350 before I can be able to withdraw the funds. I suspect they will want more after I deposited the amount I really don't trust them

I joined betta bets, they gave R187 bonus and I played and won about 9000 now they want me to deposit R350 before I can be able to withdraw the funds. I suspect they will want more after I deposited the amount I really don't trust them

They are *****ulent Betta Bets Won a sum of money and then get told to create a withdraw wallet which I did I double checked the account details withdraw for rejected I then got told to upgrade to vip1 and had to deposit R350 which I did after submitting my baking details withdraw was with old and I got told to make another deposit of R550 to upgrade to vip2 which I did as the winning was part of a sign on bonus even after winning with my own money withdraw was declined the consultant said withdraw could be done once vip2 is reached then all of a sudden my banking details is wrong and I cannot edit it this is after I asked them why don't you need to verify my account and the response was it's not required now to edit the details in my side I need to deposit more money They are a **** stay away

Useless beta bets
The poor of poorest service to have experienced in my entire life. These people have to payout a mere R770 that I have won. There was a egt tournament that ended on the 28th of February 2026. I ranked 82 and the payout is R770. I have sent numerous queries via email and in their chat room. They even promised to pay out 4 days ago. Today they changed their story. It is disrespect at this stage.
