Withdrawing my winnings led to my account being blocked

Bet.co.za are ********s i deposited over the past weekend and won R4k then i made a withdrawal Instead of processing my withdrawal they blocked my account and told me they are verifying even though i spoke to won of them and they told me my account was long time verified.... Now ive been trying to communicate with them via both email and call and the emails are not responded to the calls are answered but no one is speaking to me..... Any one who can help me on how to deal with this please help and those who are thinking of opening an account think twice because youll never get your winnings
