Unhappy customer

This company remove my banking on their platform when I enquire they keep on telling me someone will call me but nothing, it’s been days I keep calling them the only thing they are telling me is that the matter has been escalated someone will call you, I want my money they asked me to send my 3 months bank statements and proof of vouchers I loaded I did send all documents but nothing I am not happy with them I want my money. They must give my money and close my my account.
