Hi<br> After my sons betting winning was limited without adequate explanation, both my ex husband and myself tried to open our own accounts as a matter of interest - both were giving a betting maximum of 0!<br> There has been no explanation of why or what they found with regards to my sons betting activity.<br> When speaking to Shawn he refused to give me the name of anyone to discuss this with and put the phone down when I started to get aggravated. <br> This is bad practice and in my opinion lacks any form of customer service or ethics!
