Uncredited Deposits via OZOW Callpay - Poor Service from Bet.co.za

Please stay away from Bet.co.za until they can guarantee a seamless and trustworthy payment process on their site!!

I am extremely disappointed with their handling of my deposits. On 25-02-25, I made two substantial deposits via OZOW Callpay that deducted from my bank account but failed to appear on my Bet.co.za account. I did provide them with proof of payment for both of the transactions, but they have gone silent now as if nothing happened....its been 3 days, and my funds still can't be seen.

This is unacceptable. Their lack of urgency and failure to resolve such a critical issue demonstrates how unreliable their site is.

I expect immediate resolution and a proper explanation for this delay of my funds.
