great website. problem arises when its time to withdraw

The website itself is very well designed and easy to use. The betting and layout is really great. The only problem comes when its time to withdraw your money. Bet.co.za will try any excuse to delay your withdrawal. They are ready to take your money just not happy to pay you out. For example, If there is something they require from you in to proceed with withdrawal they will not contact you for it, but rather they will just not proceed with withdrawal. you have to get in touch with them to ask whats the delay. very poor service and disheartening to have such an experience
