Bonus Error

I been going back an forth with Agent Siyathemba they hire people who don't know anything about sport betting.

I was awarded a tennis VIP bonus off 335 by first meeting the minimum requirements.

The next step was to place bets with the bonus to turn it over to upto 2500 that's what the rule says.

But to my shock Siyathemba says I must use my own money. The bonus is not avaible for wagers.

The rule clear says the free bet must be turned over not my own money why would I risk my own money just to get a very low bonus

A very disappointed loyal customer. I aways have to educate you agents about your own rules.

Here is the rule *****The Free Bet can only be turned over on Tennis

The VIP Tennis Live In-Play Free Bet must be turned over once at minimum single bet odds of 5/10 or 1.50, or multi bet odds of 12/10 or 2.20 and each leg greater than 2/10 or 1.20, before a withdrawal can be made. Your stake will not be returned. If your free bet wins, only your winnings will be returned.

It must be turned over as one whole bet. Any portion of the Free Bet not used will be forfeited.******
