Bet.co.za withdrawal not received

Good day

I am having major issues requesting a withdrawal from Bet.co.za It is a brilliant app to bet on but their withdrawals I am having major problems with. I requested a withdrawal on the 31st August. All my deposits were instantly processed but the withdrawal of my winnings I am not receiving ? I was notified by mail on the 2nd September that my funds will be in my account within 48 hours. its now the 6th September and still no funds in my account After many many emails and requests for answers and management to contact me I am still waiting for an answer ? I have emailed proof of their confirmation and requested feedback but have still not received the funds or a satisfactory explanation for the delay ? The whatsapp line does not work and I have tried calling only to be told by an automated answering machine to leave a message which I did. The only means of communication is by mail but I am not getting the withdrawal sorted Please can management contact me to explain what the delay is as I have requested many times ? Thanking you
