Bet.co.za does not payout winning customers
Bet.co.za do not allow you to withdraw your winnings, I won a few bets a week ago, I tried to withdraw but they site won't allow me to do so yet they allow me to make deposits only it's as if they are promoting problem gambling as they do not allow winning players to withdraw their money. I have tried to request assistance from their customer service but they are not helping it's been almost two weeks now. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bet on bet.co.za as they do not payout winnings all they say is that it is a technical issue yet they are happy to take money from me on deposits but when it comes to withdraw it's a technical issue?

21 Jan 2025, 10:10Yes it did reflect, I placed a number of bets and won my account was up to 16k at the time but I couldn't withdraw..I also placed a bet yesterday but I can withdraw but the system allows me to bet it's as if I'm encouraged to bet all amount without being able to withdraw

21 Jan 2025, 10:41Here's some feedback on your query, Frans. You had not met your wagering requirements. The turnover requirement that you needed to wager was R24000. You only wagered R11096. Once you wager an additional R12,904, only then will you be able to make a withdrawal request. Hopefully, this explains everything for you clearly.

23 Jan 2025, 10:16Hello Frans. You can definitely lodge a withdrawal. Once your FICA documents have been approved, your winnings will be transferred during the course of today.
