Bet.co.za account disappeared and says account doesn’t exist

I had an account. I played in every ipl. Now suddenly account doesn’t exist. I had balance also pending with them. But unable to login and did chat with consultant. But account doesn't exist. Very strange and very poor data management. It means it can happen with anyone. Your money is not safe.
