Bad service/bad betting site

This site is ridiculous you do everything from your documentation being Fica to them requesting for a photo of your ID card showing all four sides,but yesterday I could not withdraw my funds amounting to R8000 because my banking details where no longer there I called and spoke to different agents who still gave me a run around was told to resend my banking documentation( 3months bank statements) and a photo of the Voucher ID's which I did but still no one was provide me with any progress my funds are still in the bet account
