Bad service 😡
I received a R500 bonus to play, I won and wanted to cash the money out, I was told I need to fika first I have done that, they canceled Mt withdrawal. I was then told to first deposit a minimum of R50 before I can withdraw, I did that, they canceled my withdrawal again. I was told I can't cash out after 12 in the day, it will only be in my account the next day when I wanted to cash out over the weekend, I was then told they don't cash out over a weekend, I'm struggling for almost a week now with no success, it is really frustrating since I really like the site but now my mind is changing

06 Feb 2024, 10:40I have send an email and talked to an agent named sisa, she said it will be processed today or tomorrow. My problem is I have been hearing that since 01.02.24. The cut off time for payments is 11h30 everyday. I really don't know why I should struggle so much
