Deduction

This bestintern keeps on deducting my money on capitec bank and i don't know how they got my details and I haven't app**** for anything I tried to contact capitec bank but they couldn't help saying that they aren't able to reach bestintern unless I call then and I did call them but their phone is off I don't know what to do maybe I should close my capitec bank and open another bank account because it seems like their working with them.........they deducted R199 in term of BESTINTERNBI***9 Deck1.........I need help on that because I don't even know what bestintern if for and works for
