BerryLook

I bought online a pair of boots from BerryLook in May. They stopped communicating with me about my whereabouts in the beginning of August. Since then they are ignoring my email and messages on Facebook messenger. I paid alot of money for the boots and they say they can only refund me the moment I received the boots. But as of the beginning of July not me or BerryLook knows the whereabouts of my boots. My tracking app doesn't even pick up the order nr.
