I drive a 2009 KIA Sedona 2.9 CRDi EX. My Aircon pump started making a terrible noise, it was still working and cooling the vehicle.

I enquired from KIA what a replacement pump would cost: R29 432.00 + Labour + Consumables (Excl VAT). However they also told me that you don’t get it anymore.

I started enquiring who can help from various Aircon businesses. Send out numerous e-mails with only a few businesses responding with varying answers and suggestions.

Ben from Ben’s Auto Aircon contacted me on WhatsApp and said he can fit a new pump. R9 200.00 all inclusive. I arranged a date and was at his business at 08H00. 1 ½ hours later it was done and working perfectly. The service was friendly, excellent and fast. I can definitely recommend them.
