Poor service

I requested proof of my electricity and water bills for end of May statement as I was away and forgot to leave instruction for my daughter to submit. I was billed with figures that I don't know and have requested proof to be sent to me it's more than a month now nothing, I don't believe they have such proof, how did they arrive to those figures?I eventually requested for the figures for all the other months still not recieved. Iam not trusting this company, it will be interesting to see where they got my readings from.
