Worst service I’ve ever had

Worst service from any online company I have ever purchased from

I ordered a swatch rebel on 4 October 2019 and to date I have not received my watch which I bought for a function. If they had the decency to atleast tell me that they are having supplier issues I could have made alternative plans but I only received a mail on 14 October 2018 that the watch would be collected by their supplier yesterday after I had followed up 3 times for a watch I had already paid for .

I don’t even want the watch anymore. I want a full refund immediately because this wasn’t just an inconvenience as the apologized for, its outright disgusting service with no regard for me being a customer with an expectation

I’m so frustrated and if I do not get my money back by Friday this week or that watch by tomorrow I am going to take this a lot further than hello peter
