Terrible online support !!

What an absolute mess. In this day and age, i have not seen an online store operate in this manner. i ordered on the 28th of September, and received absolutely no communication until i had to call them, and as is, reaching their online support team is a hassle because they almost never answer their phones and you cannot even get help from any of their stores because they also struggle to reach online support. I finally get my order after weeks, and it’s WRONG!! This is not the first time i’ve had to struggle with an order with them, and I already know replacing this order is gonna take more weeks, and this was meant to be a birthday gift. THEY HAVE SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE !! You’d swear they’re a **** !! You constantly have to follow them around after giving them your money.
