Stay away from Bella Luna - Extremely bad service and quality

I bought a ring for my daughter's 30th birthday at Bella Luna. My daughter wore this ring ONE day when one of the stones fell out - it was an expensive ring. I took it back less than one week after I bought it (Woodlands branch). They told me they don't do refunds at all. When I insisted, they agreed to refund me on 22 April 2023. I am still waiting for my refund. Today I phoned them. They told me to phone my head office, their head office told me to phone my bank etc.. I again phoned and they promised to phone me back. Still waiting. Bad customer service, quality etc. etc. Will never see me there again
