POOR SERVICE

I purchased an Item at Bella Luna online and subsequently returned the item back to there offices. From Tuesday and I can confirm this that the item was delivered via my postnet tracking number. From Tuesday todate I have still not received any correspondence from them despite sending them emails to find out when will i be refunded. Furthermore when I call them i keep getting told that they will check at the receiving dept and come and NO ONE COMES BACK TO ME!!! It is so unprofessional to receive such POOR SERVICE from them. I will never recommend them or ever buy anything from them again!!!!!!
