Poor service

The way this company does business is questionable. Their customer service is appalling. I have been waiting for a refund for over a week now with no response to any of my e-mails. When I called to follow up I was told by the lady in customer service that she would follow up with her manager and get back to me.. Well needless to say I am still waiting. Please be aware when ordering from this company
