Poor communication/customer service.

It's been 17 days since I placed my order. 8 days since my first follow-up and no response. Sent another follow up only to receive an email back saying: "Security or policy settings at bellaluna.co.za have rejected your message".

I called a store, they suggested I call the online number *** - which isn't on the website or email signatures. The call wasn't answered.
