Pleasant buying experience from start to finish

The pleasant buying experience started when I saw the identical Swatch Sistem51 I had but which got faulty, advertised at 50% discount on Bella Luna's website. Communication and tracking of the order were excellent. The package arrived even before the expected delivery date. The watch was well packaged with its original protective films in a professional looking box. The brand new out-of-the box watch was hardly more expensive than other second hand scratched and less preferred model Sistem51's that I considered buying from other sites.
