Pathetic service from Bella Luna

I purchased a few items from Bella Luna Jewelry on 16 November 2022. The Bella Luna site states that delivery takes place within 2-5 days. I have called their office numerous times and have left numerous messages but nobody gets back to you. Emails are not answered either.
