No service or contact for online customers

I placed an online order on 24 Nov. Bella Luna promise you will receive the package between 3-5 business days. I needed the order by 7 December and thought it would be safe.

It is 8 December and I can't get hold of anyone from the online division.

I've called around 4 times and no one answers. The voicemail on the number recommends sending an email. They promise to reply within 1 business day. I've sent 5 emails and no one replies.

I've asked for a refund but no one replies and there is no way to get hold of anyone.
