No service, no response or delivery

The worst online site to deal with. Stay away from them. They advertise great jewelry but when you order you wait forever to get delivery. Waiting more than a week and my order still shows unfulfilled. When you email them they tell you your order are at the processing department and they are waiting for courier but it still shows unfulfilled. Wait long for response on emails.

You buy a special gift for someone but you don't get it.
