Never again!

The worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Items arrived weeks late - after weeks of unanswered emails and phone calls. I was promised they would dispatch my items and I would receive them ‘tomorrow’.. a few days later I was given the same dispatch/delivery promise. This went on for weeks! So much time and stress wasted on what should have been a simple order. Never again : (
