Misleading information and escalated pricing

I purchased a Daniel Wellington charm from their website. It was only advertised as a Crystal Charm NOT a watch charm (that it turned out to be). On the website they claimed the original price was R990 and charged us R800 for it. Come to find out Daniel Wellington only charges R190 for these watch charms. Their claims are false and misleading- awaiting an email back regarding my refund because paying 4x what the original price is, and finding out it’s something that’s not how it’s advertised is absurd.
